Okay, I admit to slightly resenting Babble because they didn't accept one of my submissions, but that's happened to me plenty of other places and I've gotten over it.
What I hate is stuff like this: http://babble.com/celebrity/celebrity-moms/celebrity-moms-who-have-jennifer-aniston-syndrome/?page=1#slideshowholder. Be careful, this slideshow might enrage you.
I hate the idea that a woman should be analyzed for daring to choose something besides parenting. I love, LOVE my kids, but here's the thing: I really wanted them. Always, even since I was a kid. So, clearly, that was high on my priority list. However, everyone is not the same. We all like different music, food, colors, clothes, etc. We choose different careers. Why isn't parenting or choosing not parent viewed the same way? If you take any group of a 100 people, I guarantee they won't all like the same kind of breakfast cereal. Why do we expect them to all want the same lifestyle?
I also hate the way the slideshow rates some women as "cured". Cured of what? Their unhealthy desire to make a choice different than the one the article writer made? Gah. And of course, it's by a woman. Why on earth do women judge each other like this? It makes me bats.
